P O L I C Y
There is a screening process and all approved homes will at a minimum comply with the following:
· Pups  - ALL Payments Non-Refundable.
·Puppies are $2000 (Pet Contract) with a non-refundable $500 deposit due at 7th day old, with the remainder due at six weeks of age. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to one future litter. Of course, the future cannot be predicted, so there is no guarantee. Breeder Contract must be approved and is additional $500. 
· Buyers will be responsible for shipping/crate costs.
· Puppies will be available after a minimum of 8 weeks of age. Pups and mom will need their rest and can be visited with time limitations after the 4th week. 
· Pups are guaranteed to achieve a minimum NABBA appraisal score of 75% and show in accordance with NABBA breed standards of the boerboel breed.  
· All puppies will receive first vaccinations, de-wormings, tails docked, vet health certificate (if traveling by air), micro-chipped -- They will also be well socialized prior to departure. 
· A puppy pack will be included (feeding instructions, vaccination history, 1st toy/gift, etc).
· All puppies MUST stay on BARF Diet until 1 year of age and must attend and complete a puppy training course within the first 3 months of being rehomed.
· New owner(s) must have enough time to spend and devote to the dog and have a garden or some type of area for the dog to run and play daily.  
· We offer lifetime support of all puppies sold at Baptiste Kennels and encourage our new owners to keep us updated on their puppies on up and into their adulthood. 
· A contract will be provided and signed between all parties. 
· It is our goal to make sure that our buyers are satisfied. Therefore, we promise to you and ourselves and more importantly to the breed, to always work towards breeding quality dogs. It is impossible to foresee defects that can happen by nature, which is why we provide a one year health guarantee on each puppy sold at Baptiste Kennels. In the event that a puppy is to be replaced, it will be done so by a puppy of the same or better quality, free of charge. Buyer will however be responsible for shipping and any related cost. Defects covered by our health guarantee must be certified by a licensed veterinarian with supporting documentation, including x-ray testing, must be provided and verified. The dog must NOT have sired or whelped a litter and proof that the dog has been spayed or neutered must be provided. 
· Every effort will be made by us to place the right dog with the right owner. Many factors will weigh heavily in which each new home a puppy is placed, including, but not limited to: family situation, other pets, desired activities you wish to participate in with your puppy.
